We purchased a 3 bed terrace house 3 months ago that was a fixer upper so needed a full renovation from top to bottom.After getting several quotes I decided to go with FDC Construction Solutions as they were able to start in my timeframe and provided a competitive price. The renovation included a new kitchen that was installed in a speedy manner with outstanding finishes just how I pictured it and more.Including added recommended features such as a pantry, built in water filter and heated flooring throughout. The downstairs we also removed the old stairs and added a new stair case that now leads into the loft with flooring.We now also have an added downstairs toilet located underneath the new staircase which I am most pleased with. Convenience , Spaciousness and a Modern touch is priceless. All walls have been plastered brilliantly throughout the property. The renovation included adding double glaze windows in the kitchen and bathroom that was advised due to a better economy rating. Upstairs has been carpeted to a great finish. The upstairs bathroom furthermore allows us to have the wow factor, before there was a separate toilet and a separate bathroom but now the wall is knocked through that allow us to have an all-through bathroom. We now have a bright, spacious and sleek bathroom that we and everyone loves. Jacuzzi bath, electric mirror, jet massage blue tooth shower is only some of the features. Our contractors Rico and Ishmael communicated well with us throughout the process- very friendly ,reliable and with a great sense of humour.They were able to keep our cost to a minimal from start to finish. I felt a real sense of care thank you fdc construction solutions for making our house a home.
